Program description

The Fibers and Threads Owner Alerts SMS program sends internal operational notifications to the business owner when a retreat guest reports a Venmo or Zelle payment, sends a private community message, or when a daily community activity digest is ready. The program is operated by Shepherd’s Retreat, LLC. Its sole recipient provides her phone number directly and expressly consents to receive these alerts. Retreat guests and website visitors are not enrolled, and the sending number is not displayed or offered to guests.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with payment reports and private community activity and may include event-triggered alerts and a daily digest. Message and data rates may apply according to the recipient’s mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Help and opt out

Reply HELP for help or contact theshepherdsretreat@gmail.com. Reply STOP to stop receiving messages. After a STOP request, one final confirmation may be sent, and no further program messages will be sent unless the recipient opts in again.
